I'd heard the staff at Playstation Theater were terrible to the VIPs - makes me VERY glad I did VIP in Toronto (although Toronto had its own problems - like the poor timing of calling in the VIPs which resulted in my getting no food and almost passing out near the end of the regular portion of the live)! The guy we had watching over the special needs section was nice, but it seems he was the one and only nice staffer. The band really seems to want to come back, though, so maybe next time Playstation Theater will get their act together - or they'll have it somewhere else! And I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to talk more! (We definitely should plan to meet up in Manhattan sometime, though - we found an AWESOME Japanese restaurant near where we went to see Wicked last night that has EVERYTHING, including my two favorite things in the world - onigiri and okinomiyaki.)
