Subaru will most likely win over Yuuki's heart. It's actually very sweet how the whole group is so relaxed and open with each other - this is true polyamory, not just swinging, there's deep emotions among everyone involved. Subaru really does seem to need both Hiyuu and Kuina in his life (much like my Camera Eye Subaru needs both Tomoya and Mahiro).
